At this time, ESA 911 Dispatchers, LLC operates as a for-profit wellness and education business. Membership fees are not tax-deductible donations, but they directly fund the creation of free community education tools and dispatcher wellness resources.

Memberships are billed annually or monthly, depending on your choice at sign-up. You’ll receive a reminder before renewal, and you can update or cancel your membership anytime.

Yes! You can upgrade or change your tier anytime. For example, if you start as an Individual Dispatcher member and later add an ESA, you can move up to the ESA & Handler tier for additional perks.

Nugget is the official ESA 911 Dispatchers mascot and a real, domestically born skunk (de-scented and friendly!) from Indiana. Born in 2020, Nugget began his dispatcher career in December 2021 at Knox County Central Dispatch and served until January 2025.
He’s known for his calm demeanor, cuddly personality, and love for snacks and naps on dispatcher laps!
